Refund policy

If a government office or online application rejects a photo made with EasyIDPhoto, or the download didn't work, email support@easyidphoto.com within 30 days with your Stripe receipt and we'll refund your $2.99 in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
